Staying Safe with Automated Gates

Work Update –  See above a recent  gate automation install carried out on the Isle of Sheppy. A set of automatic gates with remote opening was required by the client. Safety is paramount to everything we do at Kent Fire and Security – when automated gates are opening and closing, the force of the gates should be limited  and adhere to British & EU standards and the gates should also reverse if they hit someone or something.  Safety edges can be attached to any part of the gate where a collision with a person, a family pet or object may occur. The safety bumpers will stop the gate opening or closing with the slightest impact.
